Your day begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Hurghada.

Meet your professional driver and fellow travelers and begin the journey toward Luxor in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.

The early departure is intentional. August 2, 2027 is expected to be an exceptionally busy day around Luxor because of the international interest in the Total Solar Eclipse. Leaving early gives the group additional time and flexibility for traffic, checkpoints, road conditions and possible official traffic-management arrangements.

Morning – Journey to Luxor

Travel toward Luxor in an air-conditioned vehicle, with bottled mineral water provided during the journey.

There is no sightseeing program included in this package. The purpose of the tour is to transport the group to the Luxor area and organize the day’s logistics around the eclipse.

Solar Eclipse Experience

Once the group reaches the Luxor area, the team will manage the day’s transportation and operational arrangements according to the latest traffic, access and official instructions.

The aim is to position the group at the planned viewing area well before totality, allowing time to prepare, settle in and experience the progression of the eclipse.

Luxor lies within the path of totality of the August 2, 2027 Total Solar Eclipse.

Current astronomical calculations indicate approximately 6 minutes and 22 seconds of totality in the Luxor area. Totality is expected around the early afternoon, with the exact timing depending slightly on the precise viewing location.

The partial eclipse begins earlier in the day and continues after totality.

Important: The exact viewing location and final operational timings may be adjusted according to official access arrangements, traffic conditions and local regulations closer to the event.

Eclipse-Day Logistics

Although this is an Eclipse-Only package, it is not simply a vehicle booking. The operating team will monitor:
